Firework fun

This week we have talked about staying safe around fires and fireworks. We have talked about the colours and the sounds of fireworks. We have moved like fireworks to music and we have made lots of firework pictures.

We have even been singing number rhymes during our planning time.

Another busy week in Nursery

Finding the Total

We have been using dice to help us find the total. We have enjoyed using the dice on the interactive whiteboard to count the spots, mark the number and then count how many altogether.

Colour Mixing

We have been experimenting with colour this week. We used the rollers outside for large scale mark making and colour mixing.

We have been playing lots of rhyming games this week. Here we are playing our favourite game ‘Cake Bake’.
