This week in Geography we have been learning about world habitats, this is to follow on from our learning about microhabitats. We know;

”Microhabitats are for minibeasts”

”We can find microhabitats in our gardens”

This week we discussed where we would find world habitats and talked about what animals and plants could be found, we discovered that;

”There are 4 key world habitats”

”The polar habitat is cold, not many plants are there”

” The tropical habitat is very warm and wet there are lots of colourful animals”

”The desert is hot! The lizards eat scorpions there!”

We recreated drawings of each world habitat!
